BIRDING LIGHTLY. The 20D + Sigmonster serves as my sniper combo, while the 1DM2 + battle-scarred 400 5.6L was my CQB SMG, as I set up atop Mt. Samat, Bataan in early 2006.
Those were the days when birding was much "lighter". Now, the 400 5.6L is replaced by the much-heavier 500 f4 L IS + Canon 1.4x TC as my default medium-range shooter.
