BIRDING FAR NORTH LUZON. Pogito and I stop to enjoy the view at the old Quirino Bridge over the Abra River at Santa, Ilocos Sur.
We just came from a scouting trip at the northern tip of Luzon (Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan).
