Yesterday morning I went out to my car and noticed a small piece of mirror glass lying on the driveway. I knew right away where it came from. This is the second side view mirror glass that I have had broken while parked in the driveway, I assume from the peck of the mighty Pileated Woodpecker. He could have at least allowed me to take his picture while in the act.

I love this shot I am from NY and my brother owns a summer home in central PA we have seen these beauties numerous times but without camera!

Oh my goodness this is the most precious photo! I bust outloud laughing! Some qualities just cross species lines! Curiousity? Vanity? What a photo!!
