Williamsburg, VA is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. It will always be a memorable place to me because my wife and I spent our honeymoon there many years ago. We have visited numerous times since then. One moment in time that I am always drawn back to is the portrayal of Thomas Jefferson by a gentleman named Bill Barker. I am always at awe with his knowledge and ability to stay focused on his portrayal of our third president of the United States.

Following my taking of this photo I engaged "Thomas Jefferson" in the yard in an effort to draw from him what he does in real life. I was so at awe. He looked puzzled and his response was basically, "I don't know what you are talking about. This is what I do". He refused to leave character so I left quietly knowing that I had met "Thomas Jefferson".

If you ever go to Williamsburg, look him up ..... and tell him I said "Hi".
