4th December 2007 - ding ding, end of round 1

This feels like a battle for “me”. I am wrestling with guilt, frustration and misery – waking up in a cold sweat worrying about work. I know it’s pointless and futile but I can’t stop myself.

It’s exhausting and isn’t helping in any sense but I am “a worrier”.
Last year I was getting cross with spammers.

I can sympathise with you as im a worrier too, but I have to say whenever i start to do this i think about the time when i lost someone very dear to me and i put things into perspective. We rush around so stressed and 'too busy' to do so many things but it really is important sometimes to just stop and smell the flowers! Hope you are starting to relax now x
