Home-made pasta, made from home-laid eggs and the finest Italian pasta flour – recommended by Alio’s Mama!
Roast Tomato, garlic and chilli sauce – all from the garden, sautéed onion and more chilli – both from the garden, a handful of the best kalamata Greek olives and Twineham Grange vegetarian parmesan – ooops – you’re not allowed to call it parmesan are you? Any bugger on the planet can make ‘cheddar’ but for some reason only people in the ‘right place’ can make parmesan.
That’s what I call a meal.
