If you've read my diary before you will know that I have been planning and working on a big party for the industry I work in. Tonight was THAT night and this photo is of my team at the start of the evening. It was a carnival theme party and the evening went with a bang.

There were stilt walkers, jugglers, fire eaters, mariachi and brazilian dancers all served up with a huge barbecue and me! I did my bit at 10pm, dishing out thirteen awards in the space of around half an hour - not bad going compared to previous years when it has taken four hours to do as much!

What more can I say - a great night and a huge success! Thanks to all who have spent the last few months putting this together - my comment 'The team done good!'

My feet are killing me (new stilettos) and I won a bet that I wouldn't snog the photographer by the end of the night - the person who bet me didn't realise we snog every day!!!
