This was the second moggy I saw today so I took it as a sign that I should photograph it!

I have to say, the idea of needing to restrain a parked car seems rather bizarre to me - I could understand if the empty space was chained - so no-one could pinch it while the owner of the space was away....but no-one could nick an occupied space surely?

So, we must conclude that this moggy is a savage beast that needs restraining. What a lovely thought!
