My sister had a serious operation on Thursday so today we went to see her in hospital. She looked remarkable, good colour and texture of her skin and bright as anything. So much so, we got carried away chatting to her and ended up staying much longer than we expected. By the time we left Harpenden, it was 2.30pm and we were both starving hungry.

We popped into St Albans for a pizza and I was attempting to photo the chilli oil when the irritating waiter came and removed it from the table so here's one I prepared earlier, organic extra virgin oil stuffed with our own chillis.
