Today I celebrated 10 years with my company. It's funny, every year in my appraisal, when my boss asks me where I see myself in a year, I tell her 'not here' but I always stay. Funnily enough this week has been an excellent one - one of my best since joining - I really feel as though what my team have done has made a real difference. That's so liberating.

The guys came out for a pie and a pint and a good time was had by all.
