It's tough enough from the outside - we supply tracking data to lots of companies, when they merge we lose a subscription - that's hard in today's merger frenzied society.

What are a thousand times tougher though are the lives of those inside the 'merged' companies, especially the smaller partners. I've been to see an old friend today, I first knew him 5-6 years ago at a different company who got merged with two bigger ones....bye bye Michael!

He joined a new company and four weeks after joining another merger with a bigger company....a year of worry and still no guarantee of a job. That's so hard.
