Oh yes, the most ludicrous of galleries this has to be!

I had this idea a few weeks ago and 'kept' it for a quiet day. I posted my pic on my PotD and all hell broke loose - several other 'handbag' shots appeared, several people described their own bags and some other friends said 'hey, can you do mine?' so here it is....the most stupid, banal, irreverent gallery ever. Enjoy.

Oh and unlike my other galleries, this is NOT all my own work - most of the shots were taken by the owner of the bag!

Linda - a laugh and make no mistake :)) BUT .... The contents of womens handbags has been one of the holy grails and to see them laid out in photos is quite scary - maybe like looking where men ought not to look? Maybe one of those things men should NEVER know?? I've seen things go into handbags, never to be seen again? Put it down to witch craft and black magic!! For instance - my wallet will go into Jayne's bag and come out an hour later and all the cash has completely GONE - how spooky is that?? I don't see many of those 'disposable' ear plugs for driving heavy machinery?? Why do women always carry these about?? Not like it's something they do that often? I've never seen them in the tools catalogues (though the chemist has them as does the supermarket) which is strange because they come with a string attached which makes removing them so easy should say the phone ring! :)) ~~ John
