Barcelona in the Autumn Sun

A couple of days holiday tagged onto the end of a trip to Barcelona last week. The first time David and I have been on holiday together anywhere that requires going overseas since we met (other than two days in Paris in the first few months of our relationship). Weather, despite forecasted rain was perfect and the trip a wonderful break from the hurly-burly.

I'd never heard of Gaudi until I visited Barcelona ten years or so ago - now I'm a devoted fan - he really rocks!

Hi Linda, I returned from a wonderful trip to Spain recently and was looking for other galleries and I came across this. How are you doing? It's been a long time since the early Pbase PAD days. Great photos.http://www.pbase.com/yardbird/world_spain. I loved both Madrid and Barcelona. Would love your thoughts on them.

Wonderful photos of Barcelona. Great to see it in a different perspective than mine. Gotta love Gaudi though.
