This is a bag which I knitted from chunky-weight cotton yarn. The pattern called for dowel rods for handles, but I decided to use sticks. I like the effect, and as an added bonus, I don't have to worry about the knitting slipping off the sticks. This was a very quick project. The knitting was done in a day, and the lining, finishing, etc. took a few more hours. Finished 7-4-05
