This dress was made for a party. It's sort of an homage to Emma Peel of the 1960's television show, The Avengers. I used Pleather fabric (vinyl imitating leather, and made for garments) and a Marfy sheath pattern as the base. I made a very deep V in the back, shortened it a lot, scooped the neckline, and took a tuck at the front waist with a little elastic inside at CF. There is a matching garter belt in later photos.
