A Vespid wasp of the Pepsis genus
Also know as a Spider Wasp

Note: The orange coloration of the wings provides warning to potential predators.
This type of warning coloration is known as aposematic coloring.
The stinger of this wasp can be up to 7mm long and provides one of the most painful stings of any insect.
