This was actually an in class "field trip" assignment, except that we didn't go anywhere. The instructor brought in some of his lighting equipment and allowed us to use it however we wanted to do portraits. He offered tips for lighting techniques and posing the subject.

We were also asked to wander freely around the campus and find interesting subjects to photograph. The photos came from a pottery class, clock making class, chemistry lab, dancing class, the library, various hallways, and outdoor walkways.
