The fish (pogue) was being salted right on the wharf at Lincolnville Beach and then shoveled into a bin to be used as lobster bait. Most of the blood was later hosed-off the wharf. (The lobsterman did not want to be photographed, but he didn't mind talking with me and letting me photograph the fish.)
