This image is in response to Thursday's Totally Informal Transglobal Challenge. The challenge for June 4 is "blur and colours".
I just have a little point and shoot camera which has led me to play with limitations and rethink them as aesthetic possibilities. On occasion, I have experimented with my lack of megapixels (just 3.2) by exploiting it further in processing, maximizing "noise reduction" for a a watercolor-like effect.
BTW, This is the island of Isleboro (and the ferry and another boat are between the island and Lincolnville), and the mountains across the archipelago of islands in Penobscot Bay are in Acadia National Park. I took this today on top of Bald Rock.
