graffiti

Yuma, AZ

UPDATE..less than a month later I was at the river with my granddaughter and I took
her to the bridge and was going to show her this work.. well some moron has ruined it
by taking orange paint and scribbling like a spoiled brat, all over it. It is ruined
now but at least I, and I'm sure a few more, appreciated the true talent of the artist
..however misguided he may be.
-------------

Amazing what these people come up with.. can't say I'm impressed with the text but,
this is what Linda and I found as we wandered around with our cameras today....
we had a great day by the way!

This is painted on something, a board or part of the bridge itself, I'm not sure,
but it's on the underside of the old bridge (see date on foundation) that goes across
the Colorado River. You can't see it unless you are at the river. Soon there will be
a lot of development in the area and I'm betting they won't leave this there.

That is way cool. That's real graffiti there. I just get kids spray painting "F**K" on the sides of buildings. Just not the same.

Grafitti is fascinating. Whoever did that has some real artistic talent, especially since it was done with a spray paint can!
