Nice image, Larry. The man who made the stagecoach on which this balloon is modeled was Jay Lambert of Dairyville, California. Jay was a great guy, and his shop was a virtual museum of early American tools. His home and shop were about 10 miles from my current hometown, and I visited him many times to share our interest in traditional woodworking. Jay was an international celebrity, and Wells Fargo sent him all over the world as a special ambassador. Nice to see his work memorialized at Albuquerque.
