Big Foot

Ottawa East

Saw this track yesterday. It had been made when the ice was softer and when temperatures fell it was cemented in place. It is a bit odd-looking because parts of it have melted and frozen again, but it looks impressive - several times bigger than Cleo's tracks!.

I should have added that it is not coyote. There were more tracks than this one and it was definitely a dog, but a very large one.

That size and not a coyote - an Eastern Timber Wolf perhaps.

An interesting find. I'm pretty sure it's not a Coyote print.
