Biters!

Larose Forest

It is that time of year again. The black flies were out in force yesterday in the forest, mostly males, so not really biting, just swarming. But the mosquitoes are coming next, as can be seen in this shot. I borrowed someone's arm to show the blackfly above, and the striped mosquito below.
