Grey treefrog (Hyla versicolor)

Larose Forest

Although green in this photo, as an adult frog it will often be gray in colour, though it can turn green depending on where it is situated (colour changes to match the background, and as they often cling to tree trunks their gray colouration allows them to be almost invisible against the trunk).

Great photo of an impressive frog, Christine. Interesting ability to change colour like a chameleon, though it isn't obviously so well camouflaged in this image.
