This double row of yellow eggs may be of a Chrysomelid beetle, rather than a ladybeetle. The latter also lay rows of yellow eggs, but they are often more pointed at the end rather than rounded. Nonetheless, I cannot say for sure who laid these eggs, except that it was a beetle.
