Bladderwort,Common (Utricularia vulgaris)

This is a familiar site in wetlands, the yellow flowerheads lifting up above the water, while the leaves are hidden below. There are several species of bladderworts in our region, but the others are rarely found.

I've seen members of this genus growing in damp, poorly-drained places, but never actually in water like this. Fascinating.
