Tansy (Tanacetum vulgare)

A European plant that has naturalized in many locations. It has clusters of small golden yellow flowers and is very attractive to many varieties of insects, including many pollinators. The dried flower head is more sober, but still appealing. Photographed on this morning's walk through some old field habitat.

I think it is very pretty in this state and would make a wonderful addition to a dried flower arrangement. Lovely capture. V.
