This is the beetle that laid the eggs being eaten by a spotted ladybeetle in this previously posted image http://www.pbase.com/update_image/143606557. The tiny leaf-eating beetle (as you can see, it is doing a good job of eating), is an introduced biocontrol agent for controlling the spread of the very pretty, but very invasive, purple loosestrife.
