Strawberry leaf after the frost

The leaves on my pot of strawberries have turned scarlet. Although the fruiting period is long over, the leaves are so pretty that I have left them and glad I did, now I see these glowing colours/

I have deadheaded or cut back plants that I wished I hadn't. I am so glad you left these. What glorious color them emit from that light.
