Moth mullein (Verbascum blattaria)

Flowers can have white forms, thus this normally yellow-flowered moth mullein at the Fletcher Wildlife Garden, sent up a white flowered stalk in 2010.

These are lovely, the center colors are so pretty, enclosed by the white petals. Most unusual.

I have this one I believe although it may have been hybridized to look the same, low growing form than the yellow, very delicate, a wonderful shot of it which captures its essence. V
