Shortly after I took this photo, the rain that was falling, turned to light snow flurries, and the winds that had been predicted began to be felt. It was above freezing today, but is supposed to go to -19 overnight, up to -9 tomorrow and then above freezing again for a few days, and back to the -16 weather. Very weird!
