17: The Mekong Delta

Our original itinerary gave us a one-day tour of the Mekong, a long day trip from Saigon, with
a boat trip through the waterways. At our guide's suggestion, we converted this to a two-day trip,
with an overnight stay at Can Tho. This allowed us to visit the floating markets on the Can Tho River.
