I assume this is Emma Wise, the artist herself, with part of her work "Cut to fit", which uses
paper, flour and water to make a political point: "Australia's migration zone has recently been
tailored to suit the ideology of those in power. Parts of northern Australia have been excised
from the zone, preventing potential refugees who arrive in these areas from applying for visas."
