I love one pot/pan cooking, especially during the week when I get home from work.
There must always be sautéed onion and garlic, this one has minced pork, fresh and finely cut carrot, zucchini, green beans
a splash of soy and when cooked, prepared rice, a 2 egg omelet rolled and chopped into chunks and fresh bean sprouts for crunch
