When I took this I was reminded of the one I took in 2005
which has had over 1500 views in that time.

it did receive the only negative guest comment I have ever had though...LOL!!

"Well, I came across this image by browsing most popular galleries, and to be honest I am somehow puzzled. I am just not sure why this image receives so much attention or "breathtaking" critiques. When looking at it I see the type of image I have seen plenty of times before, simply composition with a guy on the beach, nice light etc, but I don't find anything breathtaking about it.

Part of the joy of photography is if it provides you a memory that makes you smile - than that for me, that is an excellent photograph. Both are excellent photographs.

lol, love them both, the first for the view the sparkling water and the fisherman, the second I love the warm light, shades, stillness of the water. But if this is your only negative quest comment, be glad, every time I come back I get some and in between too.I think it's jealousy so be proud.
