Graham Chronofighter Classic. In WWII the English Air Force bombers did not have heat inside, so they had to wear heavy leather fleece lined jackets and pants. They needed watches with timers for use in bombing runs, and developed this large-levered mechanism to be able to use the timer while wearing heavy gloves.
