Miles & miles of rolling hils & fresh grass...heaven, Karen. Love the sparse tree

How lovely! Wish my view on the way to work were this beautiful. So what is the blue barrel for??
jypsee24-Oct-2005 23:02
Is that blue barrel full of corn to attract deer? West Virginia is, indeed, beautiful.

Well captured. I like the sprinkling of color and the light throughout this beautiful vista.

I love that about the Appalachian mountain, the fog and haze in the morning that hides in the valleys and is gone by early afternoon, great sunlight in this photo...and i see fall is well underay but still green:)

The blue bird feeder (I think that's what it is) givesnice perspective. It looks like the land goes into a canyon or valley?

Very nice scenery and shot.

Beautiful picture.
Guest 24-Oct-2005 14:33
Wonderful scene. They must have big squirrels there for a feeder that large. :-)

I knew a very special person who lived in bluefield for a while and I kept meaning to visit her there. Alas I never made it down. It looks like I missed a lot -- your part of the world is really beautiful.
