From looking at this pic, it looks as if it was an old Methodist Church or at least a church of some kind. I have photographed a few old churches & they look the same as this one, with chimney & all. With the windows being so close together even seems more like a church.

This was a house, see the interior walls, windows, small slat boards and a chimney, wuth eves of house. Great shot.
