Last year, I went to a restaurant on the foothill of Albourz Mountain, north part of Tehran, the capital of Iran.
I ordered the National Iranian food, Chelo Kabbob.
Later on I faced myself and my guest with a dish which was not any similarity to what I was ordered.
Then I realized that few people like them would give you any meats, even a donkey, dog meats just for their profitability even if their customers die on spot!!
