Fantastic! Very Dragan. I have looked on line for a good tutorial to recreate this effect but nothing is as good as this. Can you walk us through the post possessing?

textures, tones and expression are very nice. I agree about the eye though, kind of ruins it for me at full resolution. a bit too much post processing for my liking in general.

I think your comment is right, I don't have very bloodshot eyes in the first place. Also I think it's more the resolution and the processing that is applied. You can see the one or two capilliaries I do have fine on my screen at full resolution. Regards Paul

This is really nicely done, though I had to scroll to see the whole effect, even with a high resolution monitor.
Have you taken out the capiliaries in the eye? - it looks a little plastic, but perhaps you're just super healthy and well rested,
