YONKERS, NY - At approximately 9pm on November 16, the Yonkers Fire Department arrived at 1223 Yonkers Ave and found heavy smoke and flames coming from a large furniture store. The furniture store, which is also the site of the former historic Kimball Theater, quickly went to three alarms as the fire also consumed an adjacent storefront.
