Interesting you've mentioned Edward Hopper. He and Andrew Wyeth are my favorite American artists.

Really cool composition! I love the way the image is so cleanly bisected between colors and between actual physical levels. Very interesting the way it plays out. Also, there's a certain desolation to it and that along with the lighting makes me think of Edward Hopper's paintings. Nice work.
