From Saturday night at the Auction to kick off the Relay season; Mark and Karen did an AMAZING job of organizing, in gathering of beautiful auction items. So beautiful that they were able to raise $21,000-- 3x what they did last year! In an area that is not 'high end' but there is no where else in CT with bigger hearts. People would bid up items past the $1,000+ and then give the item to the person who bid against them. Many times. UNBELIEVEABLE out pouring of heart and wallet.
