Not a muscle car engine, but no engine ever had more heart. In the late 50's and early 60's, this engine came in more variants from a single two barrel, through dual quads, all the way to a fuelly version. It grew to 302, 305 and 327 cubes, then 350, and even to 400 ci. Not a clunker in the series.
