Was originally built as the George Rand II residence at 1180 Delaware Avenue. Mr. Rand was president of the Marine Bank, and died before his new residence was completed in 1921. His children completed the building, and lived in it to 1925, when they sold it to the Mason's, who made it their Buffalo Consistory.

In 1944, it was sold to the Jesuit's, and it became Canisius High School.
