Orchid Cactus - Selenicereus grandiflorus
The hotel manager told us that these would bloom at midnight and were a sight to behold. We were already in bed, slightly enebriated and tired when I remembered. We debated if we should get up, and as you see, we did. It was worth it! These blooms are about 10 inches across.
