The full name of cathedral is Westminster Cathedral，The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Precious Blood. It is the largest Roman Catholic cathedral of England and Wales. The construction of cathedral was commenced in 1895 and opened to public since 1903. HM The Queen Elizabeth II visited Westminster Cathedral in 1977. It was a highly symbolic as the first visit of a reigning monarch of the United Kingdom to a Catholic church in the nation since the Reformation. The tower at the left of the photo is the clock tower of the cathedral. The height of clock tower is 87 metres.
