The Kongsoon House is located at the corner of Church Street and Beach Street. Originally, it was the warehouse of Goh Taik Chee & Co. It was the supplier of the merchandize of mining, engineering as industrial machinery. It was constructed in 1914.
The Malaysian name of Beach Street is Lebuh Pantai and Church Street is Lebuh Gereja.
