Opened in 1994, Singapore Zoo's Night Safari is the world’s first nocturnal zoo and is located next to the more "traditional" Singapore Zoo .  With more then 900 nocturnal animals from 130 odd species, it provides a unique and interesting window to the life of animals that are normally more active at night.  Plus it's easier for us humans as the typical Singaporean heat is not as bad.
