Day 4

Today I decided to stay primarily inside for shooting - and promptly grew focused on our three cats to the exclusion of all other subjects. I may as well introduce there here:

Jean-Claude, a greyish mix of siamese and something else. He's been with Dianne for quite some time, and is probably the eldest cat of the lot. The most cat-like of the three cats, we mostly just call him JC.

Sarah, the all-black cat, probably the next oldest. My first cat, obtained from a cat rescue organization. Does not like other cats much at all but happily there is enough space here to make them all fairly happy. Has been said to be more like a ferret than a cat.

Jester, the white and black mystery cat with some odd facial features. This cat wandered up the day after we were moving Dianne out of her house, which was lucky for her as we would not have been around a day later to help her out! At first we were just a foster home for Jester until a more permanent home could be found, but as is the way of such things Jester decided to stay. We call her the "Cat of Mystery" as the first time the vet saw her the vet declared her a "Him" - then laughed at us on the following checkup when they discovered He was a She! Why they laughed at us for going by their diagnosis is still a mystery to us.
